The First Ever 'All English' BTS Song Was Released Last Night And Is Currently DOMINATING On YouTube

Source - At this point, what record has BTS not broken? Today (21/08), the K-pop supergroup just released their highly-anticipated music video for their newest track, 'Dynamite'. And, in true BTS fashion, it has seemingly broken the Internet overpassing 10 million views and 1 million likes in just 20 minutes of its debut.

In addition, the boys of BTS has singlehandedly obliterated the YouTube Premiere record, previously held by BLACKPINK's 'How You Like That' music video which drew 1.65 million concurrent viewers. 'Dynamite' attracted a live count of between 3 to 4 million people at once.

'Dynamite' comes as the first glimpse into the band's newest album, expected to be released later this year. This is the group's first fully English track, making it an especially meaningful comeback for their global ARMY.

Hey Guys, Pat here, leader or Barstool's BTS Army just checking in to let you know that the boys have done it again. They smashed every YouTube record in the book with over 10 million views in 20 minutes, 1.65 million concurrents, and a 4 million person live count. The video currently sits at 56 MILLION views and we're only twelve hours in. Chances are it'll hit one billion by early next week.

I still have zero idea what they're saying, but AZ lyrics does...

'Cause, ah-ah, I'm in the stars tonight
So watch me bring the fire and set the night alight

Shoes on, get up in the morn
Cup of milk, let's rock and roll
King Kong, kick the drum, rolling on like a rolling stone
Sing song when I'm walking home
Jump up to the top, LeBron
Ding dong, call me on my phone
Ice tea and a game of ping pong

    This is getting heavy
Can you hear the bass boom? I'm ready
    Life is sweet as honey
Yeah, this beat cha ching like money
Disco overload, I'm into that, I'm good to go
I'm diamond, you know I glow up
    Hey, so let's go

'Cause, ah-ah, I'm in the stars tonight
So watch me bring the fire and set the night alight
Shining through the city with a little funk and soul
So I'ma light it up like dynamite, whoa

Bring a friend, join the crowd
    Whoever wanna come along
Word up, talk the talk, just move like we off the wall
Day or night the sky's alight
So we dance to the break of dawn
Ladies and gentlemen, I got the medicine, so you should keep ya eyes on the ball, huh

    This is getting heavy
Can you hear the bass boom? I'm ready
    Life is sweet as honey
Yeah, this beat cha ching like money
Disco overload, I'm into that, I'm good to go
I'm diamond, you know I glow up
    Let's go

'Cause, ah-ah, I'm in the stars tonight
So watch me bring the fire and set the night alight
Shining through the city with a little funk and soul
So I'ma light it up like dynamite, whoa

    Dy-na-na-na, na-na, na-na-na, na-na, life is dynamite
    Dy-na-na-na, na-na, na-na-na, na-na, life is dynamite
Shining through the city with a little funk and soul
So I'ma light it up like dynamite, whoa

    Dy-na-na-na, na-na, na-na, eh
    Dy-na-na-na, na-na, na-na, eh
    Dy-na-na-na, na-na, na-na, eh
    Light it up like dynamite

'Cause, ah-ah, I'm in the stars tonight
So watch me bring the fire and set the night alight

Brilliant. According to the internet these guys are only worth $60 million, but the band is worth $3.6 BILLION per year to South Korea's economy. Not sure how that works but hopefully they're are able to continue (?) to get their fair share. Boy bands have a tendency to be taken advantage of.

Also, apologies to Jung (far left) for cropping him out of the thumbnail. It was between you or the guy with the glasses and I couldn't have in good conscious left him out. Not with that look…

Congrats to BTS on cheers to their continues success!
