Opinion Piece: The Browns Traded Out Of The #2 Pick And FLEECED The Jaguars

And there you have it. The rumors ramped up heavily all afternoon, escalating within the last hour, and right after Cam Ward got picked #1 overall by Tennessee....Schefter dropped the bomb. The Jags and Browns are swapping first round picks.....and someone please correct me if I'm wrong as I'm currently "taking a shit" at my girlfriend's family reunion in California to blog this, but the Browns fucking FLEECED EM!!!!

Don't get me wrong, I'm sure Travis Hunter is a player. And if he went anywhere other than Jacksonville, he might even be a star. But the fact of the matter is that the Browns were more than a Travis Hunter away from being good, and adding him to play WR and sometimes DB seemed like a waste of a pick when we needed so much more. What was a 6 foot, 185 pound reciever going to do? Come in and change the franchise?

No, so let the Jags take him....and we'll drop all the way down to FIVE? Not that big of a deal. Hopefully we get Will Campbell to anchor the line for years to come and uh, use the rest of the absolute haul the Jags sent us. NO OFFENSE to Jacksonville, but I hope you guys stink this year. You sent us next year's number 1 as well to move down and get someone that will probably help us more in the long run? Folks, what if....no, they can't, right? Fuck it, I'll say it: what if they're so bad this year that they just sent us Arch Manning?
