Watched this live while we were streaming the Knicks. What an absolutely brutal collision. Glad everyone is okay first off, and happy of course the Mets could advance the runner. But the real story here is this. Luis Garcia had an all time heads up play to turn his glove out so Dylan Crews could throw the ball in on the relay. He was laying face in the grass with no sign of getting up fast, or even at all it looked look. Yet he knew to move his arm enough to get the ball out in the open. All time heads up play and even more impressive im a scary situation.
