Anthony Edwards Bullied The Shit Out Of Lebron Today, Dominating Him Physically and Mentally
I'm only blogging this for two reasons.
1- Because posting blogs that rip Lebron on this site is like fishing with dynamite for clicks.
2- Because I read Greenie's recap blog on this game
and somehow, someway, he didn't include footage of this happening or mention it.
I'm not calling him out. Actually, yah, maybe I am. It was a great blog, he mentioned Edwards going off today for 43 points and securing a commanding 3-1 series lead against LA, and outplaying Lebron and Luka, but how does he miss this?
We bickered a little mid-way through the season about what a snoozefest and boring product the NBA had turned into.
I thought Greenie was crazy for legitimately arguing that the 3 point fests and zero defensive effort night in and night out during the regular season was "fun" to watch. But now I'm starting to think maybe he really believes that and just doesn't get it?
A young superstar, who doesn't want to wait for the torch to be passed to him, he wants to take it. This is a page right out of the MJ or Kobe script. Anthony Edwards pushing Lebron around, not backing down and being the aggressor was so fucking awesome to see.
It was like watching Planet Earth or National Geographic or something where they show the old leader, dominant male of the pack, being unseated by the younger, stronger, new alpha.
It's the law of the jungle.
Having Lebron on the receiving end of it made it even better.
Making him whine and cry to the refs like that, rather than show Anthony who's boss is the perfect example of why he should never be in the Michael Jordan discussion.

Edwards did it on the other end as well, and ran his mouth like crazy after crossing Lebron up. Kid is crazy and wants all the smoke. You gotta love it.
And he pat himself on the back in the post game presser for it all. Well deserved.
Long rant over.
THIS IS THE KIND OF SHIT WE WANT TO SEE GREENIE!
80s and 90s style NBA. Mix it up. Get physical. Play like you actually give a shit. This is why the playoffs are so great and the regular season has become such an embarrassment. It's like a totally different sport. In a good way.
