Knicks Fans Are Climbing Billboards, Lighting Off Flares, And Shutting Down Streets In Midtown Manhattan To Celebrate Making The Eastern Conference Finals
For years now, the best part after the Knicks won a big game was seeing the circus that would take place on Seventh Ave. I knew tonight would be a special type of chaos considering the Boston-New York rivalry. But seeing all this shit go down officially has me concerned if the Knicks are able to keep rolling in the playoffs.
I mean if we have kids climbing billboards in Midtown with slides on after a second round series victory, what happens if the Knicks make the Finals? I'm not sure if I even want to know the answer considering this is the kind of shit taking place right now:
Does a trip to The Finals get us to Level 5 Mobilization or do the Knicks need a championship to get there? What the hell is Level 5 Mobilization anyway? Is that like Wanted Stars in Grand Theft Auto? There are always more questions than answers in moments like this but I do hope we find out all those answers in a month or so and then some.
Until then, everyone be safe out there and take care of each other since The King Of New York's queen is scared to leave her castle.
