The Gruden family being absolute beasts at everything they do is nothing new. But when you got a name like Deuce and you dedicate your life to doing primal shit like this, I feel compelled to tip my hat at least 2 times. If not more.

And it's certainly not the 1st time Coach Gruden got to be a proud papa on the internet. Jesus CHRIST how is lifting this much weight humanly possible? Have mercy Deuce!

DG is entering his 9th year as Strength & Conditioning Coach for Daaaaaa Raidahs and it makes total sense now why Maxx Crosby is the way he is. Putting 2 GRINDERS like them in the same room with a bunch of iron & endless drive? That's how you build a team of motherfuckers folks. Gonna have to watch out for Pete Carroll & the boys surprising some teams this season.

And hopefully Deuce will be wearing Schmediums ONLY on the sideline. It just feels right.
