WATCH: Pickle Brawl

Editor's Note: We had two blogs about the same fight video get submitted overnight. So I figured the only way to decide which is best is with a good old fashioned blog off. Enjoy.

Few things here.

1- Has there ever been a "fight" before where nobody actually hits anybody? Or is this a first?

2- what the hell could have prompted this? Pickleball/Padel, or whatever the fuck this is, is as docile as a sport as it gets. It's like one notch above bags in terms of athleticness and even keel with it in terms of aggressiveness. Who in the fuck is getting this worked up over anything pickle-ball related?

3- this had to have been over something totally unrelated. Maybe the short guy in green stole the tall in green's wife or something and made a comment across court about how she's finally enjoying getting some real dick? Or maybe his son or daughter got into some elite private school with a shittier entrance exam score over tall green guy's kid? The point is, this had to be some sort of aggo-wasp type confrontation that has been simmering and finally boiled over on the courts right? Had to.

4- Poor form on tall green Todd Bertuzzi here. All around. For starters, you can't be taller than the guy you're trying to fight AND hide behind your friends talking shit. Second, you can't hold your fucking paddle or racket, or whatever it's called, and use it as a weapon. That's dirty. It's classless. And I don't play pickleball, but I would imagine if I did, it's against every bylaw in the rule book, and has absolutely no place in the game. Tall green shirt Bertuzzi should be disgusted and embarrassed at himself. 

5- All parties involved better thank their lucky stars tonight that big blue didn't connect with that Nintendo Punch Out start button star bunch. Holy shit did that guy cock back.

AND he crow-hopped the thing! 

It would have been nighty night for the guy in light green, and defense attorney musical chairs amongst the rest of these guys had that haymaker landed. 

This was the point tall green's life flashed before his eyes.

6- All these guys have to find whoever filmed this video from behind the glass, and murder them in cold blood right? Talk about a bad look. If you get identified or recognized as being one of these guys in this, you're never living it down at the country club. Outcast and pariah for life. Rich people have killed over far less.
