Kayvon Thibodeaux Will Surely Have A Great Time Playing Against The Eagles Next Year After Calling Philly Fans "Literal Fucking Idiots"
I gotta be honest with you here...there's a chance that Kayvon Thibodeaux was correct with the first half here. If we're just making an honest assessment of ourselves as Eagles fans, I think the label of "not smart" is perfectly fair. Lincoln Financial Field can hold 67,000 people. Out of those 67,000 during an Eagles home game, you're probably only going to run into about a hundred or so geniuses. Even if we wanted to get carried away here and say there are 500 geniuses at the Linc, that's still less than 1%. And it doesn't take a genius to tell you that means 99% of fans at the Linc are "actually not smart".
But where Kayvon Thibodeaux is wrong, and downright flippant, is when he says there are statistics that say Eagles fans are "literally fucking idiots". Erroneous! Factually inaccurate! Booooooooooo!
There's a difference between not being smart, and being a fucking idiot. We may not be able to explain the theory of relativity to you, but at least we know it's probably not a great idea to constantly give your division rivals--who are significantly better than you--more bulletin board material than they'd ever need to keep your team trapped in irrelevancy for a decade.
A "literal fucking idiot" would already lock his team in for 2 losses against the defending Super Bowl Champion Philadelphia Eagles in June. A "literal fucking idiot" would make sure he never knows a moment of peace at Lincoln Financial Field ever again.
Not being smart just means you don't know a bunch of facts from books. Being a literal fucking idiot means you don't even know how to think. Eagles fans aren't going to breaking down quantum mechanics in the stands, but we know everything we need to know about Sundays at Lincoln Financial Field. We're definitely not smart, but we're definitely not dumb either.
