Livvy Dunne has blessed us once again, and what better time for such wise gifts than a beautiful Friday in the early summer months. It's not exactly breaking news that Ms. Dunne is one of the hottest humans on earth, or that she's a former D1 gymnast with a core stronger than Wolverine at his peak in 'The Wolverine'. 

Good lord my body would be broken in half Mankind style simply by thinking about trying this split. Have mercy!

But until today, none of us plebeians had a clue how she actually keeps her abs so tiger tight. Well now friends, WE DO.

Granted dropping this "easy" routine would've been a little more helpful in the winter months so we could've glistened up our washboards by the 4th of Juuuuuuulay. But I'm thankful all the same, and you should be too. Now every piece of unformed human slop out there has the blueprint to greatness. The #1 secret to the sauce. Honestly pretty damn gracious of Livvy to give away such valuable knowledge without asking anything in return. 

The least we can do is throw her a few likes on IG right? Let's be kind today.

There's a slight chance that training as a D1 athlete her whole life also contributed to sed abs, but let's not throw a poop in the punchbowl here. Just bookmark her core routine and give it a try for 1 month. I can't guarantee you'll be nailing splits & flips or getting SI Swimsuit Issue offers, but you will look better than you are in this moment. That's worth plenty. Brick by brick as they say.
