Michael Mizrachi Put On A Dominant Final Table Performance For The Ages Last Night
Last night we witnessed history. Michael "The Grinder" Mizrachi put on an unbelievable final table performance that we will never forget. He played nearly every hand, and won nearly every hand. When he was forced to fold he looked visibly pained and disgusted, like how dare the cards betray him like that. And when he was in big pots, he won them all. He ran extraordinarily well, yes, but he also got paid off in huge spots like when he had 2 pair vs Hallaert's top pair
They expected the final table to play deep into the night, playing down to 3 or 4 players, depending on timing. They didn't expect 3 hours into it to be down to 4, with Grinder having 76% of the chips in play.

What is super sick is Grinder already won the other prestigious tournament this year, the $50k Poker Players Championship. To win both the PPC and the Main Event in the same year is so preposterous it's hard to compare it to anything else. I guess an Olympian winning the 2 most important gold medals in their sport? It's just a ridiculous accomplishment.
Mike and the other 3 players return tonight to see who will take 2nd place. Grinder had an unreal quote when Jeff Platt asked him about what will happen tonight:
Unreal. And I mean, sure, anything can happen. But if I was a betting man, I'd go out on a limb and say congrats to Michael Mizrachi on his Main Event win.
