'You Guys Are Soft' - Division I Hoops Player Posted An Awesome Video Of His Former Team Practicing In Full Pads Because Coach Was Pissed

I love this so damn much. We've heard about the famous Tom Izzo football practices, but that's Tom Izzo and Michigan State. We're talking Southeastern Louisiana here. We're talking about them coming off an ass kicking from Louisiana Tech, not exactly the Big 10 regular season gauntlet we're used to hearing this about. But instead they went and got what appears to be the leftover gear from The Waterboy and lined up in practice. 

Can't say it didn't work either. They won their next game against Murray State and didn't get outrebounded. But really, this sums up Dylan Canoville because I was wondering where he thought of this move when it happened against the gold standard of basketball this season

The man transferred to Jackson State and launched a shoe to try and stop a dunk. That had to come from this practice, there's no other explanation here. You don't go from practice with helmets and pads on to throwing a shoe without there being a direct connection. 

As for this clip, it's perfect. This is what you want if a coach is pissed off and calling you soft. You have the standard box out drill leading into a little skirmish on the sides. You have to expect a fight or two in this scenario. It's the only way you get through one of these practices. My only problem is it's too short of a clip. I'd watch the entire practice if it's something like this. Forget all the schemes, scouting reports and everything else, give me a football practice leading into a few brouhahas. Love it. If you're at Southeastern Louisiana you need to pull something off like this. Should have done it before the Southland Tournament though, that's how you get an NCAA Tournament bid.
