Those were some of the negatives floated. Turns out that the truth, so far, is that Ben Johnson has standards and doesn't fuck around. If you can't lineup right on Day 1, get your ass off the field. Doesn't matter who you are. You're going to do it right and you're going to do it Johnson's way and that is so refreshing to read. This organization has needed a boot in the ass for a long time. It's still a young team, especially on offense, and Ben Johnson is in the business of changing habits and he's doing it right out of the gates. 

The Bears have talent, but nobody beat themselves more than the Bears last year. Dumbest team in the league. There's probably a lot of band cultural things that has to be rooted out. Any stories where that is happening come out and I am going to be excited. I don't know if the Bears will be any good this year, but I've got a feeling that they won't a joke and that is a MAJOR step in the right direction.
