'You Traded Us And We Had To Hear About It On The Internet' - Charles Barkley Broke Down All The Behind-The-Scenes Stuff Of 'Inside The NBA' Going To ESPN

I would listen to Charles Barkley talk about anything and everything. Could be about losing soap up his ass:

Could be about walking on a topless beach in Barcelona:

Just guys being dudes. But the real story to me is the Inside the NBA trade/drama that went on this past season. It's the show that we all know, it's one that defined studio shows if we're being honest. It became the standard because it was different than anything else we saw. It wasn't just guys sitting around a studio, trying to talk about x's and o's all boring and/or having one guy scream nonsense. Instead it was 4 friends shooting the shit, saying whatever they wanted and making fun of anyone and everyone.

Who else on TV can say the stuff Chuck did here too? Just straight up saying he thought it was bullshit and that people sucked. That's why we need this show to go on, the way it always has been. I don't want this show neutered or cut down by commercials or anyone else joining the show. It needs to be Ernie, Chuck, Kenny and Shaq and they need to be allowed to say whatever.

It is still weird to think TNT doesn't have the NBA anymore. I know people will hate on the league, but there was something about the TNT factor. They had the best announcers (not Reggie Miller, fuck Reggie Miller) but they had Harlan and Eagle and guys who are the top tier of announcers. He is right, Ernie Johnson didn't deserve to find out over the Internet. He might be the most universally beloved person in sports.
