'Real Football In Front Of 14 People And A Raccoon' - A YouTube Commenter Wrote A Work Of Art About SEC Teams Not Being Able To Handle MACtion
We're almost at that time where people want to start yelling about college football vs NFL. I'll say it, both good. I enjoy both Saturday and Sunday (and then Monday's, some Tuesday's, Wednesday's, every Thursday and most Friday's) where one of these leagues are playing. But the beauty of college football is summed up right here in this YouTube comment. The NFL, yeah of course it's better football. It's the best of the best. But you don't get the fan engagement that we get in college football. You don't get MACtion, you get some good stories, decent home field advantage and a lot of just corporate feel to it.
College football? Yeah, you get living and dying to the highest degree as a fan. Nothing sums that up more than MACtion. It's become a movement where you sit down on a Tuesday or Wednesday and see if someone can survive a quarter in Ypsilanti. Just a quick search on this website and this is what you get:
We all know the word MACtion means mayhem. So, there's only one solution now. We need every SEC team to play a MAC team on the road. Fuck the schedule, fuck hosting them for a buy game. We need every SEC team to go to the MAC. Here's what I'd have:
Georgia at Ohio
LSU at Miami (Ohio)
Tennessee at Bowling Green
Florida at Buffalo
Texas at Toledo
Kentucky at Kent State
Ole Miss at Western Michigan
Auburn at Northern Illinois
Texas A&M at Akron
Vanderbilt at Ball Sate
South Carolina at Eastern Michigan
Arkansas at Central Michigan
Sign me up. Let's see who can survive a night in Oxford or Ypsilanti. I'm not a SEC! SEC! guy. I want all the teams in the conference to lose besides Kentucky, but we need to win again as a conference. This is how you start. Get the MAC YouTube comment guy at every game and let's see who can handle what.
