'We Didn't Do Shit Yet' - Brian Burns Isn't Going To Let People Think Anything Positive About The Giants Until They Actually Win A Game

Good. Great. I'm not even lying, this is what I needed from a leader on the defense. Let me be very clear, the defense SHOULD be good. Anyone saying the Giants on paper don't have shit, don't know the defense. Dexter Lawrence is arguably the best interior defensive lineman in the game. Brian Burns should be figuring everything out again. You get Abdul Carter, who is a goddamn freak:

But he's right. None of this matters until they actually win a game, something we've struggled with for years now. Can't be having people crown you training camp champs and then go 3-14 or something stupid like that. Not to mention one single injury can derail a season, so let's keep Malik Nabers away from blocking for now

I'll keep saying it, I finally have hope again for this team. Not necessarily this year, but it feels like we're out of the dumb shit era. You know what I mean, Daniel Jones falling down with no one around him while breaking what should be a touchdown run. Maybe this move too?

Or having to deal with the dogshit Dave Gettleman left us. Maybe it's not hiring Pat Shurmur, Ben McAdoo getting a villain haircut and trying to not be a fat anymore. The list goes on and on, but we're finally out of the dumb shit era. That also means most fans are going from apathetic to hope. But it doesn't mean shit until they win a game.
