After Years Of Speculation, We May Finally Be Getting The Foldable iPhone In 2026 That Would Retail For $1,999

Great day for Apple heads. Scholars have said for centuries that sometimes in order to go foward, you need to go backwards, especially with phones. No one is asking for a 2026 Sidekick, but a foldable iPhone is around 5 years too late at this point considering the market. I make fun of All Business Pete for being one of like 4 people I know with a Samsung phone, but can you blame him when they come out with shit like this?

But apparently next year that won't matter, because if and when Apple does release a foldable iPhone, it's game over. Price it at $2,000 all you want, the idea of being able to actually use your phone as a huge screen without having to carry around an iPad the size of a monitor in your pocket is a game-changer. Every other company already has come out with a foldable phone, and I nearly got a tear in my eye watching this short video about Sidekicks:

I wish there was a way to know you're in the good old days before you've actually left them be damned, give me a foldable iPhone now. Just think about all the good things you can do with it?

The idea of having a Klemmer GM simulator livestream pulled up on one screen while scrolling Twitter is just too much for this brain to handle. 2026 can't come soon enough.
