Barstool After Dark Tonight: The Team Must Field A Perfect Game By Making 27 Outs Without Making An Error
Alright let's try this one again. We got rained out last time we tried to do this Perfect Game stream, but I talked to all the Farmers in the area and we came up with tonight as the makeup game, seeing as there's simply zero percent chance of rain. Right? (Could you imagine if we get rained out again)
Anyways, I know I've said this before, but reset the record books, because this challenge is going down as the #1 most "I have no fucking idea how it's going to go" in the history of Barstool After Dark.
The premise tonight is simple: we have to make 27 straight outs as a defense to achieve a "Perfect Game". We hired some of the best fungo hitting coaches in the Midwest, have runners coming to the field to make it realistic, and have an Umpire to call Safe or Out. The question isn't if a college baseball team could complete this challenge, it's if THIS team can:
Of course we haven't practiced or tested this at all, so this could be one huge disaster. Like can Max field a ground ball at 3rd and throw out the runner in time? If he can't, this whole stream is fucked, because we need to do something like that 27x in a row. And what if Big T needs to scoop it at 1st? Can Nicky Smokes and White Sox Dave catch fly balls in the outfield? And what happens when someone lays down a bunt and Mintzy needs to pop up behind the plate and throw the runner out?
