'Why I'm Talking To You Rather Than Trying To Fix Our Defense' - Jerry Jones Saying He's More Focused On A $100 Billion Gas Project Than The Cowboys Is Why We Need Him Around Forever

Once again, here I am, a simple man begging the Cowboys to keep Jerry Jones around forever. It's 2025, science is all over the place. Surely, we can find a way to clone this man and keep him exactly like this. Name another person who owns a team in the US and would admit they care more about their gas investment than the Cowboys defense. You can't. I'm sure he's not the only owner to think of money and outside investments, but he's the only one openly saying it.

I love that Jerry says whatever is on his mind. I don't know how Cowboys fans do it. Sure, there are way worse teams. You could be a Titans, Jets or Browns fan. But, the Cowboys are supposed to be good. They are supposed to win playoff games and not have this 30-year drought that we love to bring up. Instead you have Jerry Jones talking about this instead of worrying about fixing the defense. Even if you're joking you can't say this joke when you traded Micah Parsons and got denied some guys already

At least it's not like you have Dak putting up arguably his best year, even I can admit he's playing well. But it doesn't matter. We saw what happened against the Broncos. That's who the Cowboys are. That defense made Russell Wilson look like a good quarterback in the year 2025. That defense is ranked 32nd in total defense. They are giving up 31 points per game. Impressive, really. 

But, hey, $100 billion is an absurd amount of money. Jerry Jones should keep focusing on that. You don't just give up on $100 billion to worry about a team that won't get you to an NFC Championship game again. Keep him around forever. Get the $100 billion and use that to clone this man immediately.
