Dave Roberts Face Planting During The Dodgers Walkthrough Practice Before Game 6 Is An AWFUL Omen For Los Angeles

This is not what the Dodgers and their fans want to see before a pivotal game 6 in Toronto! Midas whale wrap it up and head on home LA! If you're Freddie Freeman sitting in the dugout watching this you have to know how the season ends now, just no coming back from this. A team that needs to end their season on a 2-game win streak doesn't want to watch their manager with a mouth full of dirt when it's do or die time. They need the Gruden "rah rah" speech, the Dodgers got the opposite of that. I bet Roberts is happier that this happened now and not back in 2004, imagine the butterfly effect if that had happened. He never had a chance to beat Hyeseong Kim in this race but just flat out blew a tire. 

I do like that Dave Roberts has decided to face plant in his biggest moment, very similar to his Dodgers team. Mookie Betts and his 3-23 has face planted, Max Muncy is batting .150, Tommy Edman has a .143 average, Andy Pages is batting .067 with a .134 OPS! They're getting next to nothing from guys they need production from, falling on their face just like their manager. It's a perfect metaphor for how this series has gone for them. Now let's see if the Dodgers can channel what Roberts did and pick himself up after falling face first, either they stay down or get up. Hopefully they get up and we get a classic Game 7, let's see what they do as their manager picks dirt out of his teeth!
