Video Has Surfaced of University of Buffalo WR Victor Snow Stepping Out of Bounds on His Way to The End Zone and People Are Not Happy

You know what the worst thing is about the modern day social media era? It's that snitching has become cool. I blame Old Takes Exposed. Guy woke up one day and decided he was going to be a tattletale for a living, and despite us all growing up our whole lives being bullied for such a thing, people just eat it up. I guess Bleacher Report tweeting out a highlight isn't really the same thing at all. But it was still a dirty, dirty move, by them. What did Victor Snow ever do to you guys?

Whatever Vic was doing there, whether it genuinely was a complete accident, or if he was actually up to something sinister, he had gotten away with it. When I first saw the tweet surface this afternoon, I had to double check I wasn't missing some random mid-day makeup MAC game on the Thursday of Conference Championship week. But not. Not at all. Just some bored social guy at Bleacher Report on a Thursday afternoon cutting a big wet fart on the timeline and leaving the room. No further details or explanation provided.

But we all know what's implied here. Obviously I have no idea what was going through Victor Snow's mind on that play. For the record, Bleacher Report, Buffalo did score a few plays later. And the Ohio Bobcats were 7-point favorites that game. Buffalo covered. It sure doesn't look like he tried to stay in bounds though. Or that he cared whatsoever about bailing on a surefire touchdown. His teammate was clearly pissed.

Maybe he kind of lost balance there for a second? Maybe he caught that Ohio defender out of the corner of his eye and thought he was about to get tackled or stripped? No clue. But it's a bad visual. If you ever find yourself as an athlete having to defend yourself against allegations by saying, "No guys, I promise. I really did suck that bad", that's not a place you want to be.

What a year for Victor Snow. You might remember the one game this season in which UMass (0-12) nearly pulled out their lone victory. Barstool's very own Unnecessary Roughness account declared them winners and everything.

Bold tweet by Blutman with a minute left on the clock and three timeouts in Buffalo's pocket. Naturally, Buffalo got the ball back as quick as footbally possible, and won the game on a 20-yard TD reception by Victor Snow himself.

Today specifically must have been a rollercoaster for the guy. Despite that play, he's a damn good wide receiver. One of the best in the MAC. 62 receptions. 815 yards. 8 TD's. So good that at 11am this morning, Snow was named a First Team All-MAC Wide Receiver.

But just one hour later, Bleacher Report, from the god damn clouds, dropped a suspicious video of him stepping out of bounds from last Friday. A video that nobody had picked up on yet. And they just tweeted it. Now it's going viral to the tune of nearly 5M views. You couldn't even give him one day to enjoy his accolades, Blecher Report? That's rude as fuck.

I don't even know how one comes across that specific highlight. I guess it must have been someone who was randomly going through the All-MAC selections, maybe checking out some game film of specific players, and happened to find this "highlight" of a 58-yard reception. Then they thought to themselves, "You know what would really fuck up Victor's day? Tweeting out this clip with minimal context so that everybody assumes he's doing something shady."

Poor guy. Unless he really was up to something nefarious. Then bad guy. Everybody is talking about Victor Snow now. They're all tagging @FBI at him. And I'm forced to blog it and give this random play from the third quarter game of a late season MAC game even more attention. Shame on you, Bleacher Report.
