This CNN Anchor Asking If He Can Call Fat Joe "Mr. Joe" Cracked Me Up
Such a simple yet entertaining video. I imagine a good chunk of this interview was about the real life depressing stuff that happened in Puerto Rico and Las Vegas the last few weeks. But this CNN anchor looking to avoid fat shaming his famous guest and instantly morphing into the white Dave Chappelle news anchor was the perfect way to end things on a light note.
You can even tell by the way Fat Joe said “Yes” this definitely wasn’t the first time a white guy asked him this and it certainly won’t be the last. The only way that could have been funnier is if the anchor flipped the script and asked Joe if he could call him Mr. Crack The Don or if he preferred the moniker of Don Cartagena (he definitely would have said “moniker too).
And you are out of your mind if you don’t think I am gonna throw some classic Fat Joe and Chappelle’s Show videos to supplement this admittedly short but sweet blog. Two staples of the early-mid 2000s.
