Hot Cheeto Chicken Fries | The Quarantine Cook
INGREDIENTS
-1 packet ground chicken
-1 bag Hot Cheetos
-1/2 cup Panko Bread crumbs
-1/2 cup flour
-1 egg beaten
-Salt pepper
METHOD
-Blend Cheetos with panko to form fine powder w/ salt and pepper
-shape ground chicken into small fry shaped logs
-dredge in flour then into beaten egg then roll in Cheeto panko mixture
-roll back into egg then into cheeto mixture one more time to create a thick breading
-fry for 1.5-2.5 mins in vegetable oil at 350 (option to bake in oven at 400 deg for 20 mins or in air fryer)
-Remove from oil and eat
