Tank Cooks Banana Bread
Ingredients -
- 2 to 3 overripe bananas
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cups of flour
- 1/2 stick of butter (softened in microwave)
- 1 egg -pinch of salt Additional ingredients: chocolate chips or mini reeses (a personal favorite)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Smash bananas in a medium-sized mixing bowl
- Add all ingredients to the smashed bananas
- Mix all ingredients well
- Spray bread loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray
- Pour contents into a bread pan
- Place in oven for 50-65 minutes *(test bread with a toothpick or butter knife; if it comes out clean, it’s done)
- Let it rest for 20 minutes
- Cut a slice and enjoy
