Tank Cooks Chicken Pastina Soup

Ingredients 

  • 1 carton chicken broth
  •  ½ cup acini di pepe 
  • grated roman extra 
  • virgin olive oil (optional) 
  • salt to tast


Directions 

  1. Place the chicken broth in a small pot and bring it to a boil. Season with salt if needed. 
  2. Add the acini di pepe and continue to boil until cooked. 
  3. Plate and top with a small bit of olive oil (optional) and grated romano
