Frank Walks Episode 49: Rachaad White presented by BODYARMOR
A bruising running back, Rachaad White is perhaps the best blocking back in the NFL. White worked hard to make it to the NFL, playing Division II and Junior College before getting a chance at Arizona State. In the 2022 NFL Draft, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers took White in the third round. In three seasons with the Buccaneers, Rachaad White has pounded his way to 2,084 yards while possessing a fine ability to catch out of the backfield with 1,232 career receiving yards.
I had a chance to walk with Rachaad White in Tampa in March. We talked about his NFL career, how he trains in the offseason, and what it was like to play with Tom Brady.
