Frank Walks Episode 59: Jon Heyman presented by BODYARMOR
With baseball hitting its midseason stretch, I had the chance to walk with Jon Heyman. One of the top baseball insiders, Heyman, has been reporting for MLB Network since its launch in 2009. Heyman brought a wealth of experience to MLB Network, having worked for Newsday, Sports Illustrated, and The Sporting News.
During the walk, Jon Heyman discussed the great start by the New York Mets, and players that could become available at the trade deadline in six weeks. We also discussed the Hall of Fame and the state of the game, wth teams that are hopelessly non-competitive and playing in minor league parks that are unworthy of Major League Baseball.
